Well, I don’t know what drove me to return to this series so randomly. Maybe it was the fact that I drew samba dresses on ponies and realised that they don’t really work very well without breasts, so I decided to draw Jasmine in them. I can’t guarrantee that I’ll continue this series quickly, or even at all as I’m still heavily working with MLP atm, but I promise that when I do, I’ll try to make it better quality than this.This dress was originally supposed to be a samba dress variant, but after talking it over with *Estioarem, my new co-illustrator for Angels of Altair, I’ve decided that this concept will be kept and used for the actual story, although there may be some minor changes to the colour and design in the final product.[A/N] One last thing to note is that I was ill over christmas and it robbed me of a lot of my eyesight for quite a while, I’m only just managing to recover my depth perception, so please don’t expect this or any upcoming work to be perfect for a little while.Also, I realise that the anatomy is wrong, don’t point it out because I wasn’t aiming for it to look perfect.~~~In the world of Altair the women are supposedly watched over by the Guardian Goddess, Panerva, who is said to shed protection on those of them that are still children, virtuous, compassionate, stressed and expecting. The women of the world are of course very thankful for their guardian and twice a year celebrate a holiday devoted to her, dancing and singing through the streets of the many colonies on the planet in celebration.The outfit has little relevance to the celebration itself, but the various markings painted on each woman’s body represents a different teaching of said goddess. Of course, the only civilised race on the planet that doesn’t celebrate this is the purely aethiest stockfellian, armourclad elves, but even they halt everything in order to let the ceremonies go ahead for those that live with them that do in fact celebrate it.The bright yellow and blue colour is more commonly found in the city of Rhodes, where Jasmine and her sisters return to celebrate each year.The skycity of Hiye Sartyr, home of the aeonian elves is also an airborne celebration filled with all of the colours of the rainbow, revolving around a white background.The eastern N’Vie forests and the many scattered wood elven settlements celebrate with light greens and can potentially last for days as the elven women dance throughout the woods without rest until they have spread their celebrations through the entire country.Those humans and elves that live amongst the stockfell however tend to wear dark blues and black and sing harmonic hymns that reverberate through the caves in which they live.The Angels of Altair and all affiliates © =TheAceofClubs & *Estioarem.](http://25.media.tumblr.com/116e0eb6fa78efe3297fcfaa5dda65b6/tumblr_mg1raiJ0nh1rngrqpo1_500.png)
